Each client receives a custom estimate, issued after an initial property visit to accurately assess all utility, mechanical, and other needs (landscaping, pool service, etc.). This document thoroughly outlines all routine services—including comprehensive descriptions, pricing, and timing—so there are absolutely no surprises on service bills. Most importantly, clients maintain full control; you have the final say on what services to include or exclude based on your specific needs, budget, and priorities.
