Eimantas's lifelong passion for all aspects of home and property led him to learn the trades and work in the field right after finishing school. After mastering carpentry and home building, he moved to the world of property management, which led him to serve high-profile clientele in the Hamptons, New York, which taught Eimantas that the only acceptable outcome is excellence and perfection.

For ten years, he worked in the industry, gaining an immense breadth of experience by dealing with hundreds of vendors, trades, and a wide variety of jobs and projects. Ultimately, Eimantas made the significant, yet most obvious decision to open his own property management company in Delaware—a state he and his wife moved to with the goal of starting a family and living their version of the American dream while serving and helping the local community.

Meghan brings extensive skill to the business such as experience in serving high-end Hamptons clientele, financial management, billing, and scheduling. A hardworking and ambitious professional from her early days, she continuously sought opportunities to learn and grow. She went on to gain valuable human resources experience, notably in helping people with special needs.

By combining their unique skills and experiences, Eimantas and Meghan founded Elevated Property Care in Delaware. They share a common goal: to provide a top-tier property management service that sets itself apart from the competition through a commitment to excellence, professionalism, accountability, and reliability in customer service and customer relations.
